a 16 hour program for senior patrol officers and general assignment investigators

Post Blast Investigations- offered as a 16 hour introductory class or a 40 hour in-depth program on the specifics of this important skill.

 

Explosives Recognition and Handling for the Canine Handler- offered as an 8 hour program designed to introduce the bomb dog handler to explosives, safe storage and handling, and legal and regulatory considerations, or as a 16 hour program designed to include field evolutions to provide a dramatic demonstration of explosive potential to the handlers.

an 8 hour program dealing with the gamut of bomb incidents, from threats through post blast recovery

Firearms Evidence and Shooting Reconstruction-
a 16 hour program taking the officer or investigator from firearms basics through evidence recovery, laboratory services, and shooting reconstruction.

Crime Scenes and the Criminal Justice System for Fire-Rescue and Emergency Medical Responders- an 8 hour program examining the public safety responder’s role with evidence, reporting, and the courts

Crime Scene Technician: Basic Training in Criminalistics- a 40 hour program providing a background to the individual entering the field of crime scene investigations

Basics of Evidence for the Nursing Professional- an 8 hour program introducing the nurse to the recognition, collection, and preservation of evidence

 

Hazardous Materials Technician Training for the Law Enforcement Officer- a 40 hour program designed for law enforcement professionals, such as crime scene investigators, bomb technicians, and narcotics investigators, who may be called upon to work in a haz-mat situation and must meet the requirements of OSHA 29CFR1910.120
